At Candescent, each candle is hand-poured in small batches with care and cured for a minimum of two weeks. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing before your order ships as this time ensures your candles are cured properly and packaged safely for their journey.

We currently ship within the United States using reliable, trackable services. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and include packaging materials designed to keep your candles protected during transit.To maintain quality and offset shipping supplies, a small handling fee is added to each order. This helps cover the cost of protective packaging, eco-friendly filler, and weight-based carrier fees — all while keeping your candles priced fairly.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that carrier delays may occur, especially during holidays and high-volume seasons.

If your package arrives damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours at our customer service email with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you quickly.
